Ben Murphy, Estates Director at The Duchy of Cornwall, will describe and analyse the Duchy’s new development project in Cornwall. He will reflect on the lessons learnt from Poundbury and comment on the ability of other landowners and developers to replicate the design and sustainability principles honed by The Duchy.
The talk is free to Dorchester Civic Society members and £3 to non-members (payable at the door).
Members who cannot attend in person will be given the option of using our Zoom facility.
